How do I setup my virtual office anyway?

Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for the distinct lack of Knowledge Base articles regarding our Virtual Office Products.

The reason?

It appears to be so easy that we rarely receive any questions regarding this product...

Anyway, How do you setup your Virtual Office quickly if you don't have time to read the instructions?

Login as main account (not op1,op2 etc..)
Click auto attendent
Tick box enable prompt recorder (now dial your number and record your desired greeting
the pin number is shown when you click save. You will need to enter this whenever you record a new message.

Log in for each option (repeat for each option)
Click numbers, add your *REAL* telephone numbers that you can choose to connect the phone to. These numbers must start with 01 or 02.
Then go to profile and select what kind of behaviour you want the option to do, eg: call a set of numbers in sequence until one of them answers. etc etc

Click message centre and select how and where you wish any messages/faxes to go to.

Click on hours of business and activate the menu by clicking save.

Make sure you repeat the above for each option.
