How do I find out my commission and get paid?

To receive payment for your commission you need to send an invoice to us here at 123vISP HQ.

The amount to invoice is shown in your control panel. Click on finance then statements. You can then see all the credit/debit card and direct debit transactions taken for any given month.

They can be grouped by day, this gives total for each day; or ungrouped, this shows each individual transaction.

Do not send part-month invoices. New statements are generated at 1 minute past Midnight on the 1st of every month.

You will notice at the bottom it will give you the 123vISP commission due. This is the amount of commission you have earned. Please remember you need to add VAT, ONLY if you are VAT registered.

You then send your invoice, including VAT number (if VAT registered) to us. Please also include your bank account details so we can pay you by bank transfer. You can send an invoice by several means, however email is the preferred choice.

Please note: If your date of invoice pre-dates the current VAT quarter we will not accept the invoice. Please make sure you put the current date on your invoice.
