If you have never used VDC before you may wish to change the VDC pin to make it more secure. In your admin panel click visp then edit. You will see the current vdc pin code. Just type in what you wish it to be and click update.

Direct Debit transfer:

This option is automated so once the direct debit is setup the VDC will be automatically topped up. To setup the direct debit to fund your VDC follow these steps:

1. Sign up as an end user (eg http://ssl128bit.net/login/myvispdomainname?signup=user)
1a. be sure to call the control panel username "directdebitXXX" (XXX is the visp ID number)
2. log into the account as the end user
3. click ebilling, setup configure DD, and follow the on screen instructions. This will allow you to download the DD form and then send it to us in readiness for when the partner DD is setup.

Once this is setup you will receive a notification of payment 7 days before the money will be taken. Your invoices will be shown in your user account under ebilling.
