What does the ADSL order status actually mean?
What does the ADSL order status actually mean?
From within the 123vISP Control Panel the status appears next to the username when you click on broadband then either DataStream/IPStream etc.
The status codes are:
0-Error - (Error - see details and report back to us for clarification)
1-New Order - Order pre-checks OK and queued into our own system okay.
2-Ordered - Order officially accepted by BTW and/or relevant telco.
3-Configured - VCI (Virtual Circuit ID) configured by BTW and/or relevant telco.
4-Committed - Estimated install date assigned by BTW and/or relevant telco; view details for further info.
5-Productive - Line now active according to BTW and/or relevant telco.
PLEASE NOTE - we need to be informed of any ADSL "NO-SYNC" faults within 48 hours of the line going to "Stage 5 Productive" otherwise billing will be commenced.
Any notes including provision date will be shown in the users details when you click "view" next to the account.
PLEASE let us know if you have any further questions by raising a ticket at http://support.123vISP.co.uk/
(If you could word your question really well then we can encapsulate it into a new KB article?)
