To do the speed test on LLU and Datastream products please disconnect all other devices from the telephone line and connect the router straight into the main BT socket.

Then open IE and go to the following URL:

http://www.123visp.co.uk/speedtest

Perform the speed test at three different times of the day. Ideally spread out over the day as much as possible.

Please take a screenshot of the speed test results (including reference numbers) so that we can trace them through our systems.
