ADSL Pipe Drops - NEW

We have seen a total of 4 pipes drop at our Colindale location at between 1615 and 1620 today. This means that we've had a large number of sessions disconnect. Any users dropped will have reconnected to a different pipe automatically, however if any lines are suffering from data transfer problems we would recommend a single router reboot to refresh the session. System Issue IPStream

At around 8pm, last night there was a supplier system issue that caused a significant amount of our customers to lose connectivity. The issue has been resolved and the majority of connections have been restored, although if you have a customer that lost connectivity at around 8pm last night and is unable to connect, please have them power off the router for 20 minutes and then try and reconnect. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

TP-Link router (TD-W8195ND v.5) exploited by hackers

Along with Cisco, Linksys, D-Link and other brands, TP-Link routers have been exploited by hackers. We're posting this information because of the recent batch of TP-Link TD-W8195ND (v.5) routers that were shipped to customers.
